Our wallnut shortcrust strawberry pie combines the perfect textures between crunchiness, sweetness and freshness. The shortcrust pastry is brushed with white chocolate to keep it crunchy under the cream. Fresh strawberries on top bring the bright detail that matches dulce de leche and whipped cream like they were made for each other with the special nutty flavor from the toasted walnuts.
